I learnt that he invented lightning rod and a simple odometer.In 1990 the year of the bicentennial celebration of benjamin franklins death.When ben was 22 years old he wrote an epitaph for himself.He had his own glass blowing shed.He watched cartoons with his sister ronnette.                  

The Kite Story

Franklin's Kite Experiment

Franklin, on June 1752, built a kite with a sharp pointed wire attached to the kite to attract easier electrical charges He attached a key to the end of the kite string, near his holding hand, but held the kite with a silk ribbon then on a thunderstorm he let the kite fly. The  kite was struck by lightning and the cloud sparks flew through the wet kite.
